I had same prob when on my own six yrs ago. I had gp write a letter and also got support from local police who spoke to council and said not a suitable place for children to grow up in. Council moved me. Good luck xx

I have struggled with the system when entitled to benefits and struggled with the system when not entitled to benefits. I once waited 11 weeks for benefits I was only entitled to for 9 week...
