Baby sling advice needed please
Baby sling advice needed please
Can anyone recommend a good baby sling?
I am looking for one that is a fabric type sling and wraps the baby up close to the body as apposed to a carrier which causes more backache than they are worth.
Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Lou had one of that type for Iris, Michelle. She loved it.
I just tried to copy the link to it but it doesn't work.

I have decided on the close parent sling for this time round. I tried it with my cabbage patch doll and it was really comfy. It seems quite simple to use and I think I will like it.
I have heard some bad reviews about it but I play with it occasionally when I get the time and I can't see anything wrong with it.
Last time I had the baby bjorn one which was okay but I wanted a material one this time as like the idea of baby being against me.

I bought it for £50 but would sell it for £15 if you were interested.

Ooo yes please. It's only me using it so don't want to spend alot in case it doesn't get used. Plan to b/feed and they say they are ideal for when your out and for encouraging milk flow etc.
Let me know when you want me to pick up. No point paying p&p. (well the state of Southend and roadworks everywhere it might be quicker to come by post than me drive over. Lol).

You can collect whenever you want! Are you up to driving though? I'm sure we could drop it round to you if not.
I loved using mine and got a lot of use out of it when Iris was small - used it regularly up until she was walking really and in fact was moaning that she was too heavy for it only yesterday when carrying her across Gatwick while she slept on my shoulder like a dead weight!
