Bedtimes

What time do your kids go to bed? All three of ours (7, 5 and 19 months) go around 8ish. We try to get them up earlier if possible though as they are always shattered!

Hi, dads and moms. Sleeping is so important for kids’ growth. It strengths their immune system. Going to bed early and wake up early must be a holy thing. At age of 7, they are active. They have to sleep 10 or11 hours. The bed time has to be at 9 p.m. At 5, the child may need more hours (11- 13). The bed time may be between 6 to 8 p.m. The 19 months child needs 12- 14 hours. Move bedtime earlier to help adjustment to no nap.
