Learn a comprehensive baby massage routine over four weeks which is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. The routine uses both Indian and Swedish massage techniques and reflexology and the course also covers colic prevention and alleviation as well as settling techniques. Enjoy spending quality time during the course bonding with your baby and have the confidence and knowledge to apply what you have learned in the comfort of your own home – perhaps incorporating it into your daily routine – and reaping the benefits both immediately and for your baby’s future. Suitable for babies from birth until crawling.
