new to Bradwell/Braintree

Hi, I'm jo, i have recently moved to Bradwell with my husband and 2 children aged 1 and 2. I have family here but don't know many people other than that. My son has type 1 diabetes, diagnosed 7 months ago so we are pretty new to it, so if anyone knows any local groups or also has a child with diabetes would be great to hear from you. jo xxx
