Hi Kim
Welcome to the site I'm Leanne and live in Braintree, I have 3 boys Alex who will 3 at christmas and 19mnth twins Brendan and Sean, There lots to do in Braintree, depending on the age of your girls, there's lots to do at either childrens centre, Crazy kids indoor centre is big and brilliant way for them were of energy, or discovery centre which is a great big country park with interactive play equipment.
Hope this has helped.

Thank you Jenny and Leanne. My girls are 7 and nearly 2!! I am a bit nervous about moving as I want my eldest daughter to settle into a new school before she gets too settled where we are. Leanne do you know what the schools are like in Braintree?

Hi Kim, if you're looking for events, classes, groups etc, take a look here: http://www.essexmums.org/brentwood.html

If you just want to know what's nearby, try zooming into the appropriate area on this: http://www.essexmums.org/map.html

Hope you enjoy the site! I'm Louise btw.
