Hi, I'm Jo. I've worked in secondary education in Essex since 2003. I've worked in a tough secondary school going through being great school to special measures (still great in tough times!) and plenty of ofsted experience! I have now moved to a grammar school from september so am happy to answer any questions regarding secondary education.

Welcome Jo! I went to a grammar school and I remember my history teacher saying to me that he used to work in a tough, inner-city school and that it was quite a shock for him going to a grammar school - that it wasn't as challenging but made day to day life a bit easier!
