Spring meal ideas

#1 Unread post by nubs » Tue Mar 25, 2014 1:48 pm

Trying to meal plan as we have so much going on in the week I need to get control of shopping

I want ideas that I can make in batches or quickly for dinner- getting bored of having the same things!

My kids love this at the moment: http://www.essexmums.org/recipes/?p=75 - it's really easy to make and you can do loads of it at once!

we sometimes have fish pie or gnocchi is easy. We have curry after a big roast. Stroganoff is always niice (again with roast leftovers) fajitas can be healthy. Sausage in tomato and veg casserole and then serve with pasta the next day and slice sausages - kids dont realise it is same meal.
