Lose Weight Issue

I plan to lose weight however, don't seem to be losing anything.

I have cut down on unhealthy food and go gym 3 times a week.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your question. Sorry for delayed reply.

What was your lifestyle like beforehand? How long have you been changing your diet and exercise and what are you doing at the gym?
Are you in the post natal period? Is your body changing, ie toning up, clothes feeling looser?

Without working with you or going through a food dairy I can only give you general tips, but they should help, so please do get back to me with some more info.
