Ask the Trainer
This is a new section where you can put your health and fitness questions to Personal Trainer Zoe Randall. I'm just posting this little intro but hopefully Zoe will be able to come along and tell us a bit more about herself.

Re: Ask the Trainer
Good morning all. A quick introduction and a big hello! I am a fully qualified local personal trainer, run group leader and sports massage therapist, specialising in ante and post natal exercise (including buggy workouts). If you have any questions, or views you wish to share, please post and I will get back to you. If I don't know the answer I will do my best to find out for you. If you would prefer to send me a private message please email me, zoe@fitbugs.net. I look forward to hearing from you....Zoe x
Please don't go ahead with any exercise you are unsure of, it really is best to check first. Remember your health is paramount :-)
