Our ethos is about CHOICE – we will never teach you one method and claim it is the ‘best’ – we know all families are different, and so we will guide you through a few choices,so you can work out what is right for you – for your family, your pregnancy, your baby.
Our teachers are friendly and professionally trained, and our classes are recognized as being of excellent quality. BabyNatal founders are award-winning – in 2011-2012 this included Mum & Working’s ‘Business Parent of the Year’, Mumpreneur UK’s ‘Best Dadpreneur’ and a Dragon’s Den Theo Paphitis’ #SBS Business Award!

Practical Baby Care
This 3 hour hands on class gives you chance to learn all the skills you need to make the right choices for you and your baby. We cover topics such as handling and dressing your baby, winding, nappy changing, calming and cues, current recommendations and other parenting choices such as swaddling and babywearing.

Twins Practical Baby Care Workshops
This 3 hour hands on class gives you chance to learn all the skills you need to make the right choices for you and your babies. We cover topics such as handling and dressing your babies, winding, nappy changing, calming and cues, current recommendations and other parenting choices such as swaddling and babywearing with the additional aspect of caring for multiples.

Developmental Baby Massage
These 5 week courses are suitable from birth to around 8 months and aid your baby’s development whilst remaining baby led and flexible.
Stage 1 (birth – 14 weeks) gently supports your baby through the fourth trimester using a selection of gentle movements, massage and holds.
Stage 2 (14 weeks – 8 months) is more playful with a sensory theme each week, singing, nursery rhymes and baby signing.
Two Gables – Upminster.
Friday 3rd, 20th, 17th, 24th, 31st July.

Stage 2: 11.15am-12.15pm
£35 per 5 week course.
