New classes at the Ashtanga Yoga and Spiritual Centre in Harlow as of next week.
My passion is to stop the suffering of mother and baby during pregnancy, birth and motherhood and therefore will teaching self- reflexology techniques help with fatigue, sickness, back pain etc and teach knowledge to empower women during pregnancy, birth and motherhood.


Pregnancy – Sat morning 11.30-12.30

Birth and Motherhood – Tues mornings at 11.00-12.00
