Active Birthing Antenatal Classes with Lazy Daisy

Daisy Birthing is a gentle relaxed active birthing concept combining gentle yoga inspired moves alongside breath work, relaxations and self-hypnosis techniques. Weekly classes give relief and long term birth benefits as well as ease the physical body during pregnancy and strengthen the emotional mind while providing helpful easy to follow and understand natural birth education.
Every mum can benefit from Daisy Birthing classes. We explore 'active birth' yes but also consider the role of hormones and mindset, so it's great mums to be who know they have to have a more managed or assisted delivery.
Daisy Birthing is a programme designed by mums, taught by mums, aimed at mums! We can empathise, understand, provide suggestions and most importantly accept ALL birthing choices!
