A 100% Free Training Course for 16-18 year olds

YMTB is a fully funded short training course for teenagers 16-18 years old not in education.
It’s a part time course teaching practical life skills and providing an Edexel qualification
and is spread over 6 half day periods. You will pick up a useful qualification and a range of
life and parenting skills, The course has been designed to be enjoyable and interesting.


Where is it Run and when?
Its run from our training lounge in South Woodford,
100 yards from the tube station.. Its an
informal and comfortable environment. You’ll
attend one half day session a week for 6 weeks.


What’s it all about ?
It’s a comprehensive course specifically designed
for pregnant teenagers or those considering
pregnancy. It will teach how to
provide proper anti natal and post natal care


What Qualifications do I Need ?
There are no qualifications needed, just a willingness to learn . We’ll give plenty of support.


What will I be doing ?
Learning about pregnancy and birth and the changes to you and your baby.
Learning how to look after a baby from birth to 6 months.
Learning about Healthy Lifestyles and how your choices effect your baby.
Coping with your baby. Childcare options and Improving your self confidence.
Your further education options. Your Rights and responsibilities
Your social wellbeing and much more.
