Congratulations on your pregnancy! At such an exciting time in your life, why not consider some antenatal classes?

My aims include increasing confidence in parents-to-be so that they take ownership of their birth and parenting and feel comfortable asking questions and making informed decisions.

The topics covered are decided by each group and so vary, however we may typically cover

* Labour and birth
* Caesarean birth
* Variations from straightforward birth
* Pain relief (self-help and medical)
* Practical skills such as breathing, massage and positions
* Question-asking skills
* Early days and weeks with your baby/babies
* Baby care skills such as nappies, soothing etc
* Feeding
* Relationships and emotions

Please contact me on antenatalclass@aol.com or 01279 816817 with your due date and I will send you full details.

Please state clearly if you prefer individual or group classes

Look forward to hearing from you very soon
