This class is aimed at women in their second or third trimesters of pregnancy whether new to Pilates or a seasoned enthusiast.
It is tailored to meet some of the more specific physical needs of the pregnant woman as her pregnancy progresses & she prepares for the birth, & post natal recovery. The pace of the class is relaxed & gentle with the locus of control staying firmly with the Mum to be.
Run by Monica who has a CYQ level three in
ante and Post Natal exercise, and is a Personal Trainer and a Level three Pilates Instructor. Monica is also a member of the Guild of Ante and post natal exercise teachers.
Opening Times
Thursdays 6pm to 7pm
£4.30 per class - Please call to book your place.
Please bring along a pillow & warm cardigan or small blanket to keep you warm during the relaxation stage, & wear something comfortable like tracksuit bottoms & t-shirt/vest/sweatshirt
