Do you have an interest in Community Development? Do you have a desire to see children become active citizens in their Community? Do you have the patience to work with young children? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then Ockendon Scout and Guide Group would like to hear from you. They are looking for a new Brownie Leader. Being a Brownie Leader opens up a world of exciting challenges and the opportunity to try new things and make new friends. Currently, the Group have 24 girls aged between 7 and 10 years, who are waiting to help you lead their section. If you are female, over 18 years and are looking to become a Brownie Leader then please contact Jacqui Kitchenham, District Commissioner at 1stockendon@gmail.com. Full CRB checks will be made on all applicants.

The Group are also looking for a new Beaver Leader. At the Ockendon Scout and Guide Group, the Beavers Section currently has 25 very enthusiastic boys and girls all engaging in some very exciting activities and we need to recruit some new adult Leaders, male or female, to help and support them. It takes a special person to really bring value to our Group. If you think that's you then please get in touch. We would love to talk.

Please contact Colin Ward, Group Scout Leader at 1stockendon@gmail.com Again, full CRB checks will be made on all applicants.
