Healthy living starts in 9 mins lol.

I'm going back to SW recipes as they worked last time and going to do a Davina workout and start jogging. Have cancelled the gym cause I didn't use it since about June when I hurt my shoulder.

Well done both of you. I somehow lost 2lbs this week when I should be gaining about a pound a week at the moment, so that was a bit of a surprise!

I haven't really changed it though as I've found pretty much everything is coming back with okay results. I have cut out coke and not had as many sweets/chocolate, plus the walking to school so I reckon that's it.

Hi All,

I would just like to introduce myself, I am a Personal Trainer based in leigh on sea and after two years of hard work i have just finished by Fatloss Cook Book.

My passion is to provide everybody with just the right amount of knowledge to know why you are eating the healthy foods then with over 100 delicious recipes to chose from start living a healthier lifestyle. The book has been put together in a fun and informative manner with the whole family in mind and children have enjoyed being part of chosing process to pick from a list of Healthy Meals.

Locally,it has been a huge hit with mums so far, as it shows you how to keeping in shape whilst providing nutritious meals for the family. As you are all busy Mums & Dads you can be assured that you will be feeding the entire family a Healthy & Nutritious Meal without substituting on taste.

TMH shows you how to transform foods at every meal time. From a boring bowl of cornflakes to a " Flat Belly Berry Blast Smoothie", or a dull salad to a Moroccan sticky lamb Tagine.

Feel free to check out my book out at www.trulymadlyhealthy.co.uk as it would be great to get more feedback from you all.

Thanks for your time,

Jemma
