Re: Fitbugs Classes
Core Class
Why do it?
It is about focusing on the deeper muscles (including stomach) designed to maintain our posture and prevent other muscles overworking and potential injury. Sessions will include corrective exercises and Pilates to help with any imbalances. There are so many repetitive movements we do and postures we are in for a prolonged periods of time, which all affect our position and how our muscles work. If we continue to exercise without addressing these, we only strengthen the imbalances. Working from the inside out...Oh, and it's indoors.
Details
Thursday's 7.30 - 8.30pm
St Bernard's High School, Westcliff (parking available in the school)
Start Date: Thursday 9th January
Cost: £30 for 6 weeks, bookable in advance
Bring a small hand towel, small bottle of water
It's a good idea to bring your own mat if possible
