How much more are you hoping to lose?

I want to get to 10st which i was before Gus. I started in January but didn't do it very well so i have lost 11.5 in 7 weeks. I am in the zone at the moment.

Rachel - if you could tell me where the zone is? I lost the zone a few months ago! but you are doing so well! It really is great!

ok - I need help.

I honestly thought I was looking ok and was feeling positive and felt nice in my clothes etc etc but tried on my summer dresses this evening and I look crap!

Will be more positive tomorrow - I promise

Jenn I feel like that too but it's so hard to get in the zone.
I'm starting a new health kick tomorrow - one I've done before and had good results so hopefully that might give me the kick up the bum.
Apparently as you get older it makes it harder to lose weight. Great huh!!

Well i have completely fallen off the diet wagon today ladies so i am so with you. I have rammed my face with anything and everything!!!

I am struggling not to, feel very down at the moment with this flippin recurring back problem plus the really crappy weather! Don't know how much longer my willpower will hold out!

realised I can't really do much with both the boys home - apart from general play in the garden but even that isn't the best exercise.

Will just have to be happy with me for the holidays and start in september.
