Yep, I'll be here again but starting when all the Christmas food has been eating! I plan to cut down on snacks etc, eat better food generally, continue with the walking and add in more exercise at home. Would like to swim more/possibly join a gym, but that is dependent on passing my driving test really.

I lost a stone and a half nearly at the beginning of last year when I felt motivated to do it and I'm hoping I can get back into the same mindset!

Ladies i think i am going to have to join you to loose a few pounds as i have embraced eating a bit too much and while i don't want to be on a diet all the time i need to loose some to feel more comfortable. I am going to join slimming world though with a friend as i cannot do it on my own. Good luck ladies.xx

I cannot start any exercise until Thursday - I think I will do weigh ins on Fridays! As Mike usually works home on Fridays so I can at least go to the bathroom on my own once during the day!

Started today - all weighed and measured.
Cant go to the gym properly till the kids have gone back to school but going to make a start on healthy eating.
Just printed off a ton of SW recipies and going to go and get the ingredients for them. Hopefully they will taste good and be filling so Im not tempted to snack.
