Maintained this week which I'm happy about despite having a bad week. So still at 15lbs.

I do honestly think being at home is bad for me. Easy to pick at things. I'm going to re join the gym I think and that'll stop me munching in a evening too.

Is no one else doing this anymore??

Had a bit of a gain but I'm not counting it as Aunt Flo is visiting.

I am but haven't weighed myself at all this week. I did a lot of walking and a buggyfit session but haven't been eating brilliantly so not holding out much hope for this week!

I had lost 10 kgs in 1.5 months by just following a healthy lifestyle and exercise for 1 hour.

Hello, pretty women
I’m over weighted and have children. It’s too hard to lose weight especially if you like eating. I have not the time to go to the gym. My dresses aren’t fit for me. I tried to do exercise in my home but I failed. I can’t move lightly. I wish I can lose my weight soon

Hi,
I want to tell you that you don’t need to be on a diet. Just change the way you eat. Make your own lifestyle in eating. You should cook your meals fresh. Avoid fast food. If you have to eat out you should choose low crap food. Finally, you should have your daily work out

Hello,
Fitness is the best thing in the life. I am a fitness trainer and I tell you some guides to achieve your weight loss goal.
- primarily, you should have basic exercise.
- train 3 times per week at least.
- varied exercise is undesirable.
- follow simple exercise.
The most important thing is continuous progression

Hi,
I personnally have overweight issue since I am 10. I do not eat fast food, I cook myself and it has always been complicated for me.
3 years ago, I reached 13 stones , and decided to lose weight. I needed a fast method as I always struggled to maintain long term Weight loss.
thanks to low carb method, I lost 3 stones. It really works for me and since then, even if I am moving 4 to 6 lbs on some period (holiday, summer).
Because it is not always easy to cook low carb, in between family, job, children; I do maintain my weight with Pickslim products: lunch replaced by a shake, snacks for hunger pang, keto crisps for aperitif.
And it really works for me. Today with the lockdown, I substitute 1 meal with a meal replacement, everyday to ensure I lost the weight I ADD AT THE BEGNIING OF THE LOCKDOWN .
I hpe it can help some of you.
