Keston Boilers

All I would say about this lot, is don't touch them with a barge pole. Not just because of the dreadful product experience we've had with them, I could live with that, it was the after sales service that really took the biscuit. They just didn't understand why we were unhappy that it was constantly breaking down, and didn't 'get' that in mid-winter (every year!!) we needed it to be fixed fairly quickly.

Last year they told us they would come out in March, after it broke in December. Just not good enough.

We were recommended to have one of these very expensive boilers about six years ago. It broke down countless times, once on Christmas Eve, and their emergency engineer didn't call us back until December 27th!! Luckily a friend had got it going for us for the few days over Christmas, then it broke down again.

We stupidly thought that by buying a 'top of the range' system it would work well for years.
Best wishes,
Jane.
