3rd pregnancy symptoms

hi

Is it usual to feel symptoms (if call them that) earlier in 3rd pregnancy?

As far as aware am only 6/7 weeks, but am have twinges and a few aches nothing painful which is obviously my body getting ready, I have had the odd day of indegestion and heartburn, backache, low blood pressure and my god i live in the toilet at present.
Even during my last pregnancy where i was carrying twins i don't remember feeling like this so early,
my periods over the last 8mnths have been up and down so maybe am further along than I think. Obviously every woman and every pregnancy is different just thought id ask
