I think some spotting is pretty common - it's only if it's bright red and there's a lot of it that there's a problem I think. Still worth calling the midwife though I reckon, just to make sure.

Thanks huns.
I have seen my doc today and he said to keep an eye on it as was only last night, he is checking my urine too.
He checked me over and things seem ok. Just taking it easy!
I no spotting can be common in preg. x

I had spotting in all of mine and they would scan me just to be sure.
Often a UTI can cause a tiny bit of blood loss, but it would be a tiny bit.
Best thing to do Gemma is rest lots and reduce the amount your doing for a few days.

Thankyou Michelle.
I only had a bit last night, which was enough to see blood tho when I wiped (sorry tmi) if that makes sense hence mentioning to the doc today.
He said to take it easy. feel rather tired too so just chillin, doing bits here and there.

Just the lil things can worry me, and just want this preg and bubs to be ok. ( I no he is ) xx

Hi Gemma,
Thanks for your msg - I just saw it. I hope the spotting has calmed down & you're feeling better. I know how stressful it is - I've been having it right from the beginning until about a week ago....still freaks me out every time but apparently it can be totally normal in lots of women. I hope it's all fine for you.
How did your scan go? Hope it all went well! I'm so excited to be at 21 weeks now - still counting every day though! x
