I have no experience, sorry, but had to share this site I came across when looking for things for the shopping guide. It's AMAZING (though pricey too!) http://www.flightsoffantasy.co.uk/

Yes - I have seen that site - they look gorgeous don't they. We were thinking something a bit more normal!

DH likes this one

I still think it's expensive but it's up to him - it's his bonus money!

Jenn check out my FB photo's - we got Jack a playhouse from Alton's on the A127 that is on 2 storey's so has steps on the inside, Jack loves it.

Was expensive though (£650 i think) but when we thought about the usage its gonna get was well worth its money as he had already outgrown his little tykes one, you should have a look there as they have many different types and they deliver and assemble it x

Ooh - will do that now! Any idea where the photo is?

Hmmm £650 is more than the one we were looking at but definately worth going to have a look if they assemble FOC! Waltons can assemble for you but charge!

D'uh! Found the photo - in he album labelled playhouse!

It is gorgeous! And what I would prefer but DH likes the look of the ones on stilts! Might try and get up to Altons at the weekend! Would prefer to buy local - althoughWaltons do deliver next day!

Altons had ones from around £200 when we was in there the weekend - the thing we liked is that they are water tight so you can store their toys in there too - Jack and Tom slept out in there last summer too

Wow, those are amazing! They remind me of the tree house I had when I was younger. A friend of my moms brought a playhosue from The Placehouse Company. They are not cheap, but they are amazing

We've got a playhouse at work and alot of the children struggle with the ladder and get stuck up there.

We are going with a single story one in the end. DH is ordering it today - so hopefully in 4 weeks we will have a play house/mini shed! Should be so much fun - looking forward to it! And then we can host a meet! Although very nervous about that! LOL! But a garden one would be much easier for us!
