Parents 1st Pregnancy Pals and Birth Buddies

Parents 1st are a South Essex based Social Enterprise which provides a service to help parents through pregnancy, birth and the baby's first few months.

We are looking for new volunteers to join our wonderful team who are there to help parents keep well through their pregnancy, to help them keep fit and healthy, to be at their side (if needed) through labour and birth, offer the correct and proper practical and emotional support and to help parents feel confident about caring for their new baby/babies.

The first step to becoming a Parents 1st volunteer is a fun and friendly 4-session taster course. Feel interested?
We have a drop in information event at Northlands Park Childrens Centre, Davenants, Basildon, SS13 1QX on Thursday 4th September from the times 9:30am-11:30am.

Our taster course will be run at Parents 1st, Cornwallis House, Howard Chase, Basildon, SS14 3BB on Thursdays from the 18th September-10th October from 9:30am-12:30pm.
