Happy Fifth Birthday Essex Mums!
That's right, the site is five years old today! I can't believe it's come so far since I set it up - funny to think that it was for mainly selfish reasons of finding out places to go and meeting some new friends and now it's (hopefully) such a useful resource for so many.
I hope you don't mind me getting a bit cheesy and saying a big thank you to everyone who uses the site - whether you joined this time five years ago or yesterday, whether you're a regular forum poster or just pop on occasionally to look for something fun to do, you're still a part of what has become an amazing community.
On a personal note, I've made some amazing friends here who have supported me through some bad times and been there for good, and my kids have made lots of friends too - many of whom I hope they will have for a long time to come.
So once again, a big big thank you - here's to many more!

Happy Fifth Birthday Essex Mums.
Well done Louise for getting this site up and running. I know you have and still do put a lot of effort into keeping it running and thinking of new ideas for the forum.
I feel like the Mums are part of my extended family and enjoy the daily chats we have.

Happy 5th birthday Essexmums, those 5 years have flown by. I remember going to the first meet. I have made some great friends through the site as has my daughter Mia and am sure Mason will too.
Thank you for all the support over the years and for the good memories with some very special friends.

Wow, five years! And to think some of us that still post today have been here since day one!
Like others, both myself and Charli have made some amazing and lifelong friends on here; I've even been on holiday with one of the mums!
You should definitely be proud Louise, as EM has provided so many with information, advice, friendships etc.
