Fantastic idea!
I am willing to 'pass on' all I have learnt as a mum of four . I suffered severe PSTD after the birth of my son 16 years ago. This lead me to yoga, which as been my passion and purpose in life (apart from being a mum!). I trained to become a yoga teacher then specialised in pregnacy yoga which I now run classes in Rayleigh. I have some great tips to share on the general 'wear and tear' of being a mum. I have lots of yogic tips to use during temper tantrums ( for two year olds and teenagers!). I am now training to be a yoga therapist. So for me all the pain I experienced has lead me to a life beyond my wildest dreams. I am a very grateful mum and yogi. I also think Essex mums are ready for sharing, learning and supporting each other.
