Mother and child fitness class - Sweaty Mama

Monday’s 8-8.45am drake community centre Chafford Hundred.
Monday’s 11-11.45 all saints parish centre in south ockendon
Tuesday 11-11.45 Rainham Library
Friday’s 10-10.45 Rainham Library
Friday’s 1-1.45 drake community centre chafford Hundred

I am starting fitness classes next month for ladies and their children. It’s a fun and effective workout without the worry of childcare. 45 minutes long, a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where mums can bond with their child at the same time and utilise them as a weight too! They work to their own fitness level in a non judgemental, relaxed friendly environment. It’s also a great way to stabilise and strengthen your core after childbirth.
I am qualified in pre and post natal exercise and sling wearing.
Ladies are also able to come long without children, as I will provide dumbbells for the weight.
My classes are starting 5 times a week in Chafford Hundred, South Ockendon and Rainham.

Prices start at £40 for a course of 6, however a one off trial is available for £7.

sweaty mama bootcamp
A ladies only bootcamp from 8pm at Harris Academy, Chafford Hundred.

Tuesdays:
Sweaty mama
11.15am at Grays Civic Hall, Grays.

Fridays:
Sweaty Mama
10am at Rainham library, Rainham
1pm at Drake Community Centre, chafford Hundred.

Friday 2pm Chafford Hundred (Mamilates with baby).

Sweaty Mama classes 👩👧👦

Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!

Children from 6 wks - 4 yrs old+
Exercise adaptations to suit your fitness and the age/development of your child.
Post-natal specialists and trained in safe babywearing too!

Bootcamp 🏋🏻‍♀️

Bootcamp is roughly 45 minutes and it’s a mixture of circuits ‘Bootcamp style’ and games. It’s really good fun! This class is child free - doing this type of workout with children around would be a health a safety nightmare for all involved! Also whilst all instructors are pre and post natal specialists so that we can safely cater for mums after having children, this class is solely aimed at women and you don’t have to be a mum at all. So come along with your friends, sister, mum, auntie or on your own too!

Mamilates with Bump 🤰🏼

Mamilates with Bump is a uniquely devised session focusing on relaxation, breathing techniques and maintaining muscle tone during pregnancy. The class focuses on comfortable and light resistance exercise to maintain strength, balance and flexibility - all whilst enjoying bonding time with your bump. A relaxing, low impact class in a safe, friendly environment to enjoy with other Mums to be. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Mamilates with Baby 👶🏻

Mamilates with Baby is a uniquely devised session focusing on rebuilding core strength, balance and flexibility after birth all whilst enjoying bonding time with your little one. A relaxing, low impact class that rebuilds the pathways to muscles tuned out during pregnancy and allows a safe, friendly environment to enjoy with other Mamas and little ones too. Babies from 6 weeks -12 months+ (up to walking).
