James was really ill last night but there has been no more incidents (just extremely tired and cuddly) this morning - so I think we will still be ok for tomorrow - hopefully!
What time are we saying? I know it's normally 12 ish - but just wondering if 12:30 would be better as that way we won't have to wait as long for those doing afternoon nursery drop off? Although - Louise - what suits you and Dexter most?

12 or 12.30 are both fine. We'll have Iris too and have no morning plans though I might try to pop to the post office before lunch. We are pretty flexible though so if 12.30 works for most then that's good for us.
Kathryn posted on facebook earlier that she was having contractions so I'm not sure she will be joining us!
