Felix and Iris are both in the top 100 this year for the first time ever - we must be trend-setters!

None of mine are on there. Although Muhammad is on there and how many of them do you know?

There's a Mohammed in Felix's class. Reading about how they compiled the charts they take into account all the variations of a name, so Muhammad, Mohamed, Mohammed etc. would all be the same name. A lot of Muslim boys are given the name Mohammed but go by another name - the boy in Felix's class is known as Abdullah.

I know quite a few Mohammed's actually! Well - both of mine in the top 10! No surprises there!

Hah - how funny - and if we did ever go on to have a girl then our name choice is third on the list! Could I be any more boring! LOL! No - I love the names we chose - doesn't bother me that they are 'popular'!

It doesn't bother most people. If they like a name they choose it simple as but I would hate it if mine were in that list but that's just me!

Charli doesn't list in there (she's not a Charlotte, so no appearance there!)

And the girls' name we have isn't in the list, and the boy's name is, but not high, and is spelt different :)

Mia is 10th - when we named her we never knew any other girls by that name but is definately more common now.

Mason is way down the boys name list but then I like the fact it isnt such a common name.
Mum to Mia & Mason, wife to Steve - life is for living.

Funnily enough I think Mason was the top US boy's name this year, though not as popular over here.
