The Jubilee Centre - New mental health service in Southend

I attended a meeting last night for work about a new centre that has opened up in Southend. I think it is a fantastic idea as know how difficult it can be to find the right service whether it be via the NHS or voluntary when it comes to helping people dealing with mental health problems. From the presentation Mind gave last night it sounds like a good one stop place and is a walk in centre which you can go if you are a carer for someone who are having problems or as a service user yourself.

It is located on the Queensway roundabout, where EssexBeds used to be (on the corner of Southchurch Rd).
