I've not had any experience with these, but wish you luck and fast healing for your operation!

I have had both. There really is nothing to worry about. I don't remember feeling any discomfort after. You have to avoid lifting and any heavy work for a little while after. I had it done as a day stay at Basildon hospital.

There really is nothing to worry about. You'll be put to sleep, wake and have to stay in bed for a few hours, then you'll be allowed to get up. My last one was a day stay and as soon as I had 'weed' I was allowed home. I can honestly say, I felt no discomfort.
I'm due to have repeat repair work following a hysterectomy but this time I'll be staying in a night or two.
