Yoga/Pilates inspired fitness classes with Pauline are held at Carries Hall, Maybank Avenue, Elm Park, RM12 5SB. Held on Monday evenings at 7.15pm and Saturday mornings at 8.00am. These classes are for all levels of fitness and work on strength training, posture correction and stretching. Beginners are welcome. Classes cost £5 for one class or £8 for two classes. Outdoor Natural Play Sessions

Come and enjoy some fun in the woods on a Monday at St Andrew's Wood and on a Thursday at Pudding Wood, Broomfield. Both sessions start at 10. We welcome all children and parents / carers and grandparents. Children are given opportunities to experiment with the mud kitchen, water and have lots of fun!!
