Re: What's Happening This Year?

No problems here - well buses are a bit of a nightmare :( but otherwise fine and hoping the bus situation eases). He has had a good mix of lessons and seems to be fine. It’s good Felix is loving it too! :)

Re: What's Happening This Year?

Big changes here too as James is starting juniors - which for him is a new school (same name and uniform but new building, new head teacher, new ways of doing things). He can take packed lunch tho now which he is super excited about. William is off to high school in 90 mins - I have hardly slept all...

Re: Please Help James

Yes and although he said there was no way he was entering next year he is currently sitting at the table doing a picture to enter a different competition! Fingers crossed but unlikely tho. He did also say that he wants a couple of the Blue Peter badges before he goes to Juniors so has sent away for ...

Re: Please Help James

He came second with 35 points overall. The winner got 36 points. He was mega close but unfortunately not close enough. Such a shame but a really good achievement but he could so do with something to boost him a little! Ah well. Thank you so much for voting and asking :)

Re: 6 years of trying

I suppose it depends why he wants a divorce. If he wants a divorce only because he desperately needs and wants a child then yes maybe adoption is the way to go but not before you both discuss it fully. If there is any other reason why he has said this then no - it is not a good idea to adopt to just...

Re: What's Happening This School Year?

And the thing is almost all parents think it's great and don't seem to understand that the school has taken away the parent choice. Ah well - in James words (from yesterday) 'in 52 weeks I can have a lunch box which is about 9,000 hours!' - not that he is counting down or anything! :D

Re: What's Happening This School Year?

They took away the cold option. :(. He has managed so far and only one more year before Juniors and being able to take a packed lunch in! But it feels wrong to be wishing the year away!
