FEWI is delighted to announce our 2023 Carol Concerts in Chelmsford Cathedral at 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Please ensure you select your preferred time when booking your ticket. Non-members welcome.
Due to popular demand, local soprano, Nancy May will be returning to perform a selection of festive treats, as will Elmwood Primary School’s KS2 Choir in the afternoon and the Chelmsford Silver Band in the evening. There will be seasonal readings and best of all, a selection of Christmas carols for us all to sing.
Don’t forget to bring some cash for the collection.

Basildon Choral Society is an amateur choir with a repertoire that ranges widely from motets, masses and challenging modern choral works to spirituals, jazz numbers and arrangements of songs from favourite musicals. We have four seasonal concerts and give a variety of additional performances throughout the year at the request of churches, charities and private organisations – either with the full ensemble or the BCS Small Choir.
