Creamy Chicken and Potato Bake

Serves 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 hours


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • Handful of potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 150ml double cream
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • Add the olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken until brown on all sides, transfer to the base of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the onions on top of the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the potatoes on top of the onions, pour over the cream and sprinkle with cheese. Season and cook on low for 5 hours, until potatoes are cooked through.
  • Serve with veg of your choice.
