Banana “Ice Cream”

Prep Time: 5 minutes plus freezing time

Cook Time: 5 minutes



  • 4 bananas
  • Non-dairy milk (amount varies based on desired texture)



  • Chop bananas into chunks
  • Freeze
  • Add to blender and whirl!
  • Add a little milk to make it less firm and aid mixing
  • Serve!
