It took a long time to find our baby at our 10 week scan, but the entire time neither the sonographer nor the chaperone explained what was happening, or even said a word to us. We thought our baby had died. This would be truly horrific care if the worst had happened. When they did eventually confirm all was ok we had barely any time actually seeing baby compared to the Milton Keynes branch, very few pictures to choose from and a very very short video, I think less than 20 seconds once they cropped out ovaries check etc, which we could buy for £20! It was also cold and rushed at our 7 week scan, but we put that down to a bad day maybe. We had a gender scan booked but found this scan so upsetting we don’t want to come back. They won’t refund the deposit on the cancelled scan, so we have paid £20 to avoid having to go back, they also won’t transfer our scan to the Milton Keynes franchise. I have had to put in a formal complaint, which I didn’t want to do, but have been told it may take 7-10 days to respond, which doesn’t give the impression that customer service is a high priority. I would really recommend looking elsewhere as the service here just doesn’t compare to other Window to the Womb franchises.

Came here for a 4d scan to see my baby girl & was aloud to have my family members come too!,they were kind and welcoming,even got my baby girl to smile while having the scan.
