Being pregnant doesn’t mean you have to give up your fitness regime – join me for a workout for your body, mind and bump!
You’ll exercise your whole body with a combination of strength training, core exercises and gentle cardio, with plenty of stretching and toning.
The classes use light weights and resistance bands to maximise your workout.
I will help you keep fit throughout your pregnancy and after the birth, in a safe friendly environment with pregnant mums only!
I’m fully qualified and have plenty of experience. My classes are brilliant for staying supple and fit and helping to minimise PND and post-birth complications.
