Ever feel likw you have hit rock bottom? There is nothing physically wrong but you’re exhausted, each new day just seems like a repeat of the one before and situations and circumstances just seem to bring you down and your zeast for life has ceased to exist.

Firstly, know that you are not alone. As a single parent of two, I can totally relate. I know what its like to feel overwhelmed with the responsibility of house, home, kids, work and everything inbetween, and that is without the new normal of our way of life.

But there is hope, you just need a clear mind to see it and you will see that there is alot more to life than whats in you current point of view. My online classes will help to get you out of the space of overwhelm and feeling depressed to optimistic, energetic and positive. Its the perfect time to learn about you, how you see things and my classes give you that break in your day so that you can see the bigger picture and not just your struggles.
My classes are fun, inviting and a great place to meet others who you can relate to. My classes are designed and sequenced to help you feel confident, happy, positive and calm both in the class and in your daily life. There are classes for beginners and advanced so you can work to your own ability (we advise working to your own ability). Classes run weekdays, Monday to Friday.
