Whether you are looking for regular Pregnancy, Baby or Toddler Massage and Yoga classes in the South Essex area, or one to one sessions and workshops, our highly experienced, passionate and award-winning team of Associate Teachers are here to support you every step of the way in your journey through motherhood/parenthood.

Pregnancy Bliss:

Pregnancy Yoga will not only physically strengthen your body and relax your mind, but you will also learn a variety of essential tools and techniques to prepare you throughout your pregnancy for labour and birth.

Baby Bliss:

Baby Massage is wonderful for soothing colic and wind, helping babies to sleep, building their digestive, circulatory and immune systems and much more. Classes are suitable from newborn to crawling and also include weekly discussions and support on a range of parenting topics.

Baby Yoga complements baby massage beautifully in that it builds on your baby’s physical and mental developmental milestones and will aid your baby’s brain development and your baby’s sense of co-ordination, balance and sensory and motor skills. Classes are suitable from newborn to crawling.

Mama Bliss:

Our Mama Bliss Nurture & relax Courses offer a gentle and restorative postnatal class that focuses on strengthening, healing and relaxing your body mind and spirit after birth. Combining gentle yoga-inspired exercises with relaxation and de-stressing techniques, the class will leave you revived and restored. You are welcome to come with or without your baby. Classes are suitable postpartum up to 1 year.

Toddler Bliss:

Toddler Yoga can be very beneficial to toddlers in many different ways. Yoga includes breathing techniques, focus, and physical postures which can help with concentration. Physically, it can improve flexibility, strength and coordination. Overall, they learn to concentrate and relax which brings a sense of calm to children. In our classes, we focus on the fun and playful elements of yoga combined with exercise and postural sequences.
