Born to Birth Company offers Hypnobirthing and antenatal support classes in Hertfordshire and Essex.

If you are determined to welcome your child into this world through a positive and calm birthing experience, then you are in the right place. At Born to Birth we use Hypnobirthing, a logical approach to childbirth which is grounded in evidence-based and scientific antenatal education, that will leave you feeling confident and excited whatever path your birth takes.
Group and private classes are available either face-to-face in my home or via Zoom live online.
