New baby in the house?
We understand that becoming a parent is a life changing experience, and that these early days with your baby are precious but sometimes overwhelming. Tots Play is here to help.
Our Baby Development course is especially designed for babies from birth to 6 months, and aims to support you both through this crucial time, providing ideas and simple techniques for loving play times that will help you connect, calm and have fun together while aiding your baby’s development. The classes are also a great way to get out and meet other parents in your area with babies of a similar age.
Each 6 week course includes:
**Baby Massage – including strokes to aid digestion and ease wind and colic**
**Calming holds and techniques – helps with unsettled periods especially during developmental leaps and over stimulation**
**Tummy Time Tips – ways to make this important exercise more fun and enjoyable for your baby**
**Baby Yoga – to teach them body awareness, works on strength and flexibility, effective use of stretching and teaches relaxation**
**Baby Signing – to help your baby communicate their wants, needs and interests from a very early age**
**Sensory Play – stimulates their senses and teaches them about the world using simple, homemade and household items that you can easily continue at home**
all in a relaxed, small group environment where you will be encouraged to meet the needs of your baby and participate in a way that is right for you both.
Our next course starts on
Thursday 1 November 2018 New Braiswick Park Community Room.
