Ante Natal Aqua Yoga classes
I have been teaching these classes to Mums to Be for over 10 years.
Designed for all stages of pregnancy from your first scan up until baby arrives. These classes are a gentle form of exercise based on yoga, using the support of the water. Allows time to bond with your little one, have some gentle exercise, learn some breathing techniques, become aware of your pelvic floor, and most of all the floating relaxation time at the end each week!
Exercises can be adapted for those with SPD/PGP to protect the pelvis but still be able to have a little exercise.
