How to Fix Your Heath in 40 Days

Every year many of us (religious or not) mark the 40 days of Lent by trying to give something up that’s perhaps a little unhealthy for us. Traditionally this would have been sugar or sweet foods but now it could be anything. How about if we followed Lent with another 40 days of adopting a new habit that helps to fix our health or work to improve it?

That’s what the 40 Day Fix is all about. Starting on Good Friday (30th March) I’d like you to decide on something you might want to change that will start or help to make you healthier. Here are some examples:

  • Eating something green every day (vegetables, fruit etc.)
  • Drinking more water
  • Limiting your screen time.
  • Striving to improve the way you sleep.
  • Taking the stairs instead of the lift.
  • Cycling to work.

Head over to The Accumulator’s Facebook page (click here) and like it. I’ll be posting regular tips to help you stick your new habit and some ideas of what you might like to fix.

You can also send me a post there and tell me what you intend to change for your 40 Day Fix.

If you’re really serious about fixing your health and fitness, take a look at this.
