Many mums feel the pressure to rush back into fitness after having a baby, but it important to be gradual and to reconnect with your core and breath before doing too much too soon.
We will work on posture, fascial connections, breath, pelvic stability, and reconnecting those abs, strengthening the inner unit and restoring functionality.
