Parent and Toddler Group for Dads and Mums.Wednesdays 9am-noon Hutton & Shenfield Union Church, Roundwood Avenue, CM13 2NA A relaxed café style play group for lockdown babies! Let’s face it, lockdown hasn’t been easy – so the last thing you want is a play group with lots of DOs and DON’Ts. Just turn up any time between 9am-10am and prepare to be pampered with tea and coffee on tap and if you’re feeling peckish then check out our toast and range of toppings. The venue will be open until noon but you can leave whenever you like. The hall is huge so plenty of room to keep a safe distance from other households and there’s lots of room to park too. Bring your own toys and playmat/blanket if you can – but don’t worry if you can’t or forget as we’ll have toys ready and waiting.     HOW MANY 5K LAPS CAN YOU DO IN 2 HOURS?
    Nuclear Blast is a 5km obstacle loaded multi-lap course over mixed, muddy terrain suitable for all levels of fitness. Fun, exhilarating and achievable, it’s the night-time Blackout course but in daylight!
    Blast is the perfect introduction for a newbie – 5k to #popthecherry, 10k for some and 15k for others!

    Event Description:
    HOW MANY 5K LAPS CAN YOU DO IN 2 HOURS?
    Blackout is 5km multi-lap obstacle loaded night race. This race will launch you out of your comfort zone. It ‘ll lead you into unknown territories, testing all of your senses to the maximum as you negotiate epic obstacles by the light of a headtorch. This course is designed to challenge some basic fears including darkness & heights as well as testing strength, endurance, agility, stamina & all round fitness in the night time conditions. Determination, focus and a powerful mindset is needed to endure Nuclear’s night time challenge in the mud. Starting at sunset, this lapped race moves quickly from dusk light into total darkness.

    Nuclear Fit is a new, high energy and exciting outdoor fitness race.

    Competitors start with a 1km trail run alternating with one unique functional fitness station, repeated six times. The fitness stations are all located in the buzzing central arena which is called the Core.

    ​The fitness race format has been given a Nuclear twist, testing physical strength and endurance.

    Come and join us as an individual racer or as part of a two-person team or join the pro wave.

    ​New for 2024 is the Nuclear Fit League, has your team got what it take to be crowned the League Champions?
