3 home remedies to cure your gingivitis

  • Guava leaf mouthwash. For this, you should have 3 to 4 tender guava leaves. Crush them and then boil them in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Let the solution cool down. After some time, you can swish the mouthwash for 30 seconds and spit it out.

3.    Use turmeric gel.

According to the 2015 study research turmeric which is used in many households has many anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. But, you shouldn’t use this if you’re allergic to turmeric.

You can buy turmeric gel from any health or alternate medical shop. Apply turmeric gel on your gums and leave it for 10 minutes. After that, spit it out and rinse your mouth with water. You can repeat this two times a day.
